自學(xué)SAP三道坎
打算進(jìn)入SAP咨詢領(lǐng)域的朋友很多，只是SAP的產(chǎn)品過(guò)于復(fù)雜，而實(shí)施了SAP的企業(yè)也不愿意重新培養(yǎng)自己SAP人員――培養(yǎng)了不長(zhǎng)時(shí)間就因?yàn)樾劫Y待遇問(wèn)題而離職，得不償失。所以對(duì)于有ERP工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人來(lái)說(shuō)，SAP的門(mén)檻太高。入行的機(jī)會(huì)甚至遠(yuǎn)小于那些剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生。
通過(guò)自學(xué)SAP進(jìn)入SAP咨詢領(lǐng)域，相信是很多ERPer共同的夢(mèng)想，那么如何跨過(guò)這道門(mén)檻呢？在這里我總結(jié)了些經(jīng)驗(yàn)供大家參考。
第一道坎：入門(mén)
自學(xué)SAP的人在入門(mén)的時(shí)候常常遇到的有四個(gè)誤區(qū)，或許很多人都沒(méi)有仔細(xì)考慮過(guò)，這樣的錯(cuò)誤我也曾犯過(guò)，也耽誤了不少時(shí)間。
誤區(qū)一：不學(xué)前臺(tái)學(xué)后臺(tái)
有ERP經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人自學(xué)SAP反倒不如沒(méi)有ERP經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人學(xué)習(xí)SAP快，或許這個(gè)問(wèn)題很多人都沒(méi)有想過(guò)。在論壇里跟很多自學(xué)SAP的朋友溝通過(guò)，似乎大伙所看重的不過(guò)是如何配置SAP系統(tǒng)。裝上個(gè)IDES就要研究SPRO――前臺(tái)嘛，那算什么？可問(wèn)題就在于：根基不穩(wěn)，如何能走的快，走的遠(yuǎn)？很多人倚仗自己對(duì)別的ERP產(chǎn)品的理解來(lái)研究SAP，可往往在學(xué)習(xí)了很久以后仍看不到自己的長(zhǎng)進(jìn)，原因也就在于此：不夠踏實(shí)。
誤區(qū)二：不看功能，看維護(hù)
在這里所指的維護(hù)是一些“設(shè)置用戶權(quán)限”“CLIENT拷貝”“系統(tǒng)調(diào)優(yōu)”“內(nèi)存優(yōu)化” “數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)優(yōu)化”等BASIS所做的工作。然而在真正的SAP團(tuán)隊(duì)中，這些工作是由專人負(fù)責(zé)的。花過(guò)多的精力在這個(gè)上面，也就耽誤了真正該學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容。
不知道哪位仁兄在論壇里宣傳什么裝好IDES后拷貝一個(gè)“干凈的”CLIENT來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)――或許這話是對(duì)的，但對(duì)于初學(xué)者來(lái)說(shuō)：等到你能把所有參數(shù)都設(shè)置完成了，呵呵呵，恐怕已經(jīng)是三五年后的事情了。
還有部分人一開(kāi)始就琢磨SAP的權(quán)限分配、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)備份。而這部分也是由BASIS專職負(fù)責(zé)――而做好BASIS的難度絕不亞于一個(gè)模塊顧問(wèn)的難度。
誤區(qū)三：開(kāi)發(fā)跟實(shí)施不分
也聽(tīng)很多朋友說(shuō)過(guò)：研究一個(gè)系統(tǒng)最簡(jiǎn)單的方式是看數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中數(shù)據(jù)的流向。弄懂了數(shù)據(jù)的流向你才能真正明白這個(gè)系統(tǒng)是如何設(shè)計(jì)的，才能從底層掌握這個(gè)系統(tǒng)。嗯，這話沒(méi)錯(cuò)。但別忘記：你是個(gè)初學(xué)者，你的目標(biāo)是SAP的咨詢顧問(wèn)，而不是開(kāi)發(fā)人員。對(duì)，ABAPer跟咨詢顧問(wèn)也是兩個(gè)職位，除非你自己定位的是開(kāi)發(fā)顧問(wèn)，否則，在初學(xué)的階段還是遠(yuǎn)離ABAP的好。要知道SAP有數(shù)萬(wàn)個(gè)表，一個(gè)不小心你就會(huì)掉進(jìn)迷潭。
但話也要分開(kāi)講――一個(gè)不懂ABAP的咨詢顧問(wèn)，也絕對(duì)成不了高級(jí)顧問(wèn)，只是你不能太急罷了。
誤區(qū)四：滿大街找資料
我自己手頭的SAP資料大約是幾十個(gè)G吧，可回過(guò)頭來(lái)看看，真正對(duì)自己入門(mén)幫助最大的還是ONLINEHELP。對(duì)，SAP的在線幫助。怎么？不知道哪有？上HELP.SAP.COM看看去。
大把的英文資料看得頭痛？也是。但只要你找對(duì)方法，學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)真就很容易了。而正確的方法就是：看跟IDES相關(guān)的東西。你裝的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境不就是IDES嘛，里面什么數(shù)據(jù)都有，參考著SAP幫助文件里的步驟一步一步走下去，很快就能熟練的操作這個(gè)系統(tǒng)。入門(mén)實(shí)在是太容易了。
總結(jié)起來(lái)，入門(mén)的方法就是：不要急，從前臺(tái)操作入手，研究透了基本操作再研究后臺(tái)的設(shè)置。這個(gè)方法簡(jiǎn)單吧？對(duì)，拋開(kāi)你以前所有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和資歷，象一個(gè)完全不懂的菜鳥(niǎo)那樣從SAP的基本操作開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)?？纯碢PT，看看入門(mén)教材一步一步的走下去。
第二道坎：英語(yǔ)
說(shuō)到學(xué)SAP的第二道坎，恐怕N多人都會(huì)有相同的感慨：英語(yǔ)。
很多人都上網(wǎng)去找中文的資料，說(shuō)是看起來(lái)更容易些，可別忘記了，那并非SAP官方資料。在翻譯和理解上中英文的資料差異還是非常大的。尤其是提高方面的資料――官方認(rèn)證培訓(xùn)資歷，可是只有英文版的。
作為一個(gè)自學(xué)者，在熟練的掌握了SAP的基本操作以后，必然要去看SAP的官方培訓(xùn)資料――提高嘛。更不用說(shuō)我們?cè)谇懊嫣岬降腛NLINE HELP。在這方面，如果沒(méi)有良好的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)或者說(shuō)沒(méi)有看英文資料的習(xí)慣，在很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間內(nèi)都難以提高。
說(shuō)到英文的資料，如果是自學(xué)的話，最終于的一點(diǎn)還是強(qiáng)迫自己習(xí)慣這些東西。這也是沒(méi)有辦法的事情。
研究SAP的后臺(tái)配置是學(xué)習(xí)最重要的工作之一，就我目前所能掌握到的資料來(lái)看，有心將所有的配置關(guān)聯(lián)講清楚的，也只有SAP的官方資料。所以……，不要叫苦啦。
第三道坎：機(jī)會(huì)
能不能耐的住寂寞？
對(duì)于自學(xué)者來(lái)說(shuō)，不被正規(guī)渠道所承認(rèn)是非常難受的事情。如何被正規(guī)渠道所承認(rèn)呢？
在我看來(lái)，自學(xué)SAP難就難在耐不住寂寞。
仔細(xì)想想，對(duì)于SAP的用戶來(lái)說(shuō)，兩年經(jīng)驗(yàn)也都只能算菜鳥(niǎo)，那么對(duì)于自學(xué)SAP的人來(lái)說(shuō)，你能否堅(jiān)持兩年，勤勤懇懇的學(xué)下去？相信沒(méi)有具體的工作，很多人學(xué)習(xí)了三五個(gè)月便放棄了。而三五個(gè)月學(xué)習(xí)的真實(shí)效果如何？不用我說(shuō)，對(duì)比了時(shí)間我想你也知道。當(dāng)然，也有人會(huì)說(shuō)：我投入的時(shí)間絕對(duì)不比人家專職學(xué)習(xí)花費(fèi)的時(shí)間少――可這話，你仔細(xì)想想，能成立嗎？有心做SAP顧問(wèn)的人會(huì)不用心去學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)嗎？
所以我認(rèn)為：堅(jiān)持下去才是最最難得的事情。在你看不到路的情況下，如何抹黑的走下去。
對(duì)于自學(xué)SAP朋友的建議
1、 從基礎(chǔ)開(kāi)始，目標(biāo)要清晰，絕對(duì)清晰。但不要把初始的目標(biāo)定的過(guò)于遠(yuǎn)大。參考一個(gè)SAP顧問(wèn)正常的途徑走下去，從基本的操作開(kāi)始。要對(duì)所有的前臺(tái)工作都了如指掌。這也是一個(gè)SAP顧問(wèn)所需要具備的基本要求。
2、 堅(jiān)持看英語(yǔ)的文檔，尤其是仔細(xì)按照ONLINE HELP所提供的那些練習(xí)一步一步的來(lái)做。有了基礎(chǔ)之后在仔細(xì)研究SAP的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)教材。直到你有能力看完P(guān)A的課程。
3、 交流，盡量的與人交流，包括在BBS上，QQ群上，盡量的與人交流。而交流過(guò)程中最重要的并非看別人的帖子，按別人說(shuō)的方法去操作――盡管這也是每個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)SAP過(guò)程中要做的事情。最重要的是：解答別人的問(wèn)題。細(xì)想一下：作為顧問(wèn)難道不就是每天要回答用戶提出的各種問(wèn)題嗎？對(duì)，你只是提前測(cè)試這項(xiàng)工作罷了。僅僅按照別人提供的思路解決問(wèn)題并不能代表什么，關(guān)鍵是自己的吸收。
4、 規(guī)劃自己學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程。按自己計(jì)劃的方式學(xué)習(xí)，不要偏離方向。
對(duì)于第四點(diǎn)，我個(gè)人的感觸特別深。對(duì)于自學(xué)者而言，你很難知道哪一天才能加入SAP相關(guān)工作的行列――一年？?jī)赡?？甚至是更長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，沒(méi)有一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)劃，并且堅(jiān)持下去，恐怕沒(méi)有人能等到最后。所以一定要給自己一個(gè)比較長(zhǎng)期的規(guī)劃。而對(duì)于一個(gè)SAP的項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)，我們同樣要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是計(jì)劃。
5、 盡量結(jié)合你現(xiàn)有的工作整理數(shù)據(jù)。
對(duì)于所有的ERP項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的收集整理導(dǎo)入都是必須經(jīng)歷的。而SAP的項(xiàng)目對(duì)于流程的調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)的收集更為重視。只有結(jié)合你現(xiàn)有的工作并在SAP系統(tǒng)中模擬這些工作，你才能更貼切的了解上一個(gè)系統(tǒng)到底要做些什么。
SAP的項(xiàng)目資料對(duì)于初學(xué)者和自學(xué)者來(lái)說(shuō)參考價(jià)值有限。除了SAP公司似乎還沒(méi)有哪家公司的哪套資料能將一個(gè)項(xiàng)目所涉及到的所有內(nèi)容完整的展現(xiàn)――即使是有這樣的資料，對(duì)于初學(xué)者來(lái)說(shuō)你也不清楚什么階段該做什么，什么階段該如何循環(huán)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的那些所謂項(xiàng)目資歷對(duì)于大多數(shù)顧問(wèn)來(lái)說(shuō)僅僅是“參考”而以，甚至連參考的價(jià)值都沒(méi)有。
