確定電子通訊錄的文字格式，比如純文本文件，每條通訊記錄一行，每項內(nèi)容之間使用tab鍵間隔
使用最基礎(chǔ)的IO讀寫，操作此文件。
載入時從文件一行行讀入，使用split拆分各項內(nèi)容，存入一個對應(yīng)的通訊錄對象中，所有的通訊錄對象保存在一個List中；
保存時，以覆蓋的方式寫入文件，以相同的格式寫入即可。
