原因：
用administrator登陸到exchange 2003，備份一個名為test用戶的郵箱，不成功。
原因是administrator沒有test用戶郵箱的存取權(quán)限，打開“AD用戶和計算機”，找到test用戶，右擊-“屬性”-exchange高級--郵箱權(quán)利---添加administrators組，設(shè)置權(quán)限為“讀取” ，“郵箱完全控制權(quán)限”
再次使用ExMerge.exe備份，就OK 了
