1.環(huán)境參數(shù)設(shè)置
  @?/sqlplus/admin/glogin.sql
       
  export ORACLE_SID=XXX

2.啟動(dòng)
 sqlplus / as sysdba
 SQL> startup
 SQL> select status from v$instance;

3.(可選)重建scott方案
 @?/rdbms/admin/utlsampl.sql

4.解鎖scott賬號(hào)
  使用sys用戶解鎖
  sqlplus / as sysdba
  SQL> alter user scott identified by tiger unlock;
